Shipping Policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you by email if there is a significant delay.

Domestic Shipping (Canada) We ship all orders via Canada Post. The following shipping options are available:

  • Standard Shipping – Estimated delivery: 2–9 business days
  • Expedited Shipping – Estimated delivery: 1–7 business days
  • Express Shipping (Xpresspost) – Estimated delivery: 1–2 business days

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Free standard shipping is available on orders over CAD $70.

International Shipping We ship to select countries worldwide via Canada Post. International orders typically arrive within 10–21 business days depending on the destination and customs processing times.

Shipping rates for international orders are calculated at checkout.

Customs, Duties & Taxes SAURORA is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes applied to your order by your country's customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office for more information before placing an order.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your Canada Post tracking number. You can track your package at canadapost.ca.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at saurorabrand@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with Canada Post to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Returns & Exchanges — Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable Canada Post service for returns, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in return transit.
