Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. During busy periods, processing may take slightly longer. If there are any significant delays, we will notify you by email.

Domestic Shipping (Canada)

We ship all Canadian orders via Canada Post. Available options include:

  • Standard Shipping – Estimated delivery: 2–9 business days

  • Expedited Shipping – Estimated delivery: 1–7 business days

  • Express Shipping (Xpresspost) – Estimated delivery: 1–2 business days

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
Free standard shipping on orders over CAD $100.

International Shipping

We ship to select international countries only via Canada Post. Delivery typically takes 10–21 business days, depending on destination and customs processing times.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

HOUSE OF SAURORA is not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package via Canada Post.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@houseofsaurora.ca within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will assist you in resolving the issue with the carrier.
