Refund Policy

Returns

Due to the nature of our jewelry, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at  hello@houseofsaurora.ca within 7 days of delivery.
Include your order number and photos of the item and packaging so we can review your request.

If approved, we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued for approved cases involving damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Once approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to post the refund.
